Insider sat down to interview Choko Ohira the woman who runs The Mascot Actor’s School in Tokyo Japan. Choko is operating one of the only mascot academies in the entire world!

Peter Kokis is not your everyday artist. He chooses to express himself by creating incredibly detailed hand-crafted robot costumes out of 100% recycled materials, garbage and junk! Some of these costumes take him over 500 hours to build and can weigh as much as 170 lbs.

Once the costumes are completed he takes to the streets of Brooklyn and all over New York, and most certainly gets a reaction.

Whether you grew up thinking robots looked like characters from the Jetsons, or like Peter have fallen into the Transformers influence, one thing is easy to agree on, these sure are incredible robot costumes.

Time-lapse videographer & cinematographer Martin Heck braved the extreme weather of Antarctica to see the beautiful Aurora Australis from the south pole.
Temperatures dipped to a freezing -70°C/-95°F but Martin held fast & weathered the storm

His resilience paid off as he captured the spectacular rare beauty of the Aurora Australis right in the core of the milky way!
