How To Make Giant Bubbles

Ever wondered how to make giant bubbles? You can make these gigantic mesmerizing bubbles by following the special bubble recipe below!

“Bubbles are always new, you can’t just find an old bubble!” – Tom Noddy

GIANT BUBBLE WAND MATERIALS:

• 2x Eyelet screws.

• 2x 1′-3′ Thick dowels, sticks or bamboo rods.

• 1x washer.

1x large strand of cotton cord.

1.) Using your hand screw each eyelet screw into the top of your rod. (Pre-drilling a hole can make it easier to insert the eyelet screw into a dowel)

2.) Cut a long piece of cord 2′-7 ‘ long (depending on your wand size) and thread a washer onto it. The washer acts as a weight when dipping the wand in the bubble mix.

3.) Make a giant loop with the cord through the eyelet screws and tie the cord together.

GIANT BUBBLE RECIPE:

In a bucket that is stable for and appropriate for dipping wands into:

Mix together 12 cups of warm water, 2 cups of dish soap (blue Dawn soap works best), 1 cup of cornstarch, 2 tbsp. of baking powder and 4-8 tbsp of glycerine.

You can experiment with how much glycerine is right for the conditions of your current environment.

The higher the humidity level, the more moisture in the air, and the less water will evaporate from the bubbles.
