Hospital Creates “Superhero Serum”

In this uplifting good new story – a hospital rebrands a chemotherapy treatment for children as “Superhero Serum”. Even adding the iconic logos to the bags.

Superheroes are an inspiration to many children. “Superhero Serum” was born out of compassion and serendipity. Friends between hospitals and DC. The real superheroes are not in the comics but the children and their families who are brave children who are helping battle cancer there and worldwide.

Out of serendipitous relationship the inspiration for “Superformula” was brought to life. An ad agency in Brazil and Warner Bros worked together to create an extra special series of comic books in which superhero’s go through experiences similar to those of kids with cancer, and recover their super strength.

The experience went far beyond the covers by also providing a new look to the entire Children’s Ward: the game room was turned into the Hall of Justice, corridors and doors were decorated in the same theme, and the exterior acquired an exclusive entrance for these little heroes.
