Daylight savings has long been one of the most confusing “times” of the year. This short video explains daylight savings.

Daylight savings, (often abbreviated as DST) was created over 100 years ago as a way to make better use of daylight.
The idea was to advance the clock by one hour so that there is more sunlight in the evening and less in the morning.
