Social Distancing Is Hard – This Astronaut Has Some Advice

Many of us are still adapting to social distancing. In this animated video by the New York Times, retired NASA astronaut Nicole Stott shares how she coped on the three months she spent on the International Space Station away from her family. 

Having lived in close quarters on a space station, she reflects how watching lightning storms crisscross the planet and other things she experienced in space, showed her that we are all connected even when we are far away.
